I've been approached by Croydon Korfball club to see if Storm are interested in entering their annual tournament on 24 June. For the first time it's being held at our home ground. It's the largest tournament in England and teams come from all over Europe.

Basically, Korfball is akin to netball, only with bigger nets. There are eight players to a team, four men and four women, and men can only mark men, and women only women.

There'll be plenty of beer drunk (apparently) and half the participants are women (if that's any kind of an incentive!).

If anyone's interested, for yourself or wife/girlfriend/daughter/mistress, just PM me.

Right... well, I can get 4 of us up for this 2 of each gender which equals half a team..
